What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

Starting Pay Range: $20 to $23 Per Hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Sales Director to support and exceed community occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage and maintain a database of prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels, including calls, emails, and events.
  • Conduct informative and engaging tours for prospective residents, clearly communicating the community’s philosophy and service benefits.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities.
  • Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as managing collateral inventory, entering customer data, and resolving delivery or service issues efficiently.
  • Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
  • Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems
