What We Are Hiring For:

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

Salary Range: $71,000 to $73,000 Per Year

What You’ll Do:

  • Recognizes and understands the physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents.
  • Continuously seeks out new activities, events, and excursions to nourish residents’ mind, body, and soul.
  • Knows and understands the Community residents’ likes, dislikes, hobbies, and interests.
  • Partners with residents to coordinate resident-led activities.
  • Partners with Sales to support new residents through the move in process.
  • Greets new residents upon move-in day, schedule permitting.
  • Helps residents acclimate to the community by overseeing the New Resident Orientation process.
  • Key point person for resident and family questions within the community. Addresses these questions to the extent that capabilities allow. Refers to appropriate departments and provides follow-up to ascertain that problems/questions are solved.
  • Keeps detailed written documentation of interactions with residents and family members.
  • Conducts apartment visits and welfare checks based on resident and community need.
  • Supports the Resident Council and any other resident-led committees to assist residents in voicing concerns, suggestions and requests.
  • Schedules maintenance and use of common areas, company vehicles, and all the equipment necessary for the department’s use.
  • Supports Sales in maintaining a continuous in-house and Community marketing effort as well as successful rental sales.

Qualifications:

  • Employee must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have maintained a California Driver's License for a minimum of fiver (5) years.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent experience.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training.
